Central Committee meeting  partially behind closed doors

 ST. EUSTATIUS--A meeting of the Island Council’s Central Committee is scheduled to be held at 2:00pm today, Thursday, June 24, at V.A. Lopes Legislative Hall in St. Eustatius.

  The meeting will have several agenda points, a few of which will be conducted behind closed doors, and restricted to the general public for confidentiality reasons.

  The agenda points are the ratification of the decision list of June 3, 2021. The BES(t) for Kids youth programme, the Nature Ordinance, the announcements of the Executive Council and the government website will also be debated.

  The agenda points concerning health policy, poverty policy and the planning of the central administration office are all scheduled to be discussed behind closed doors. The meeting will be transmitted live on Radio 92.3FM.
