COLE BAY--A rumble of Caribbean Eagles Motor Club bikers will accompany visiting bikers from Nativos of the Dominican Republic on around-the-island ride on Sunday. This is the first time the Nativos are visiting the island.
The group arrives on PAWA Dominicana airline today, Friday, and will be hosted by Caribbean Eagles at a welcome party at their clubhouse on Orange Grove Road in Cole Bay.
All motorbike riders on St. Maarten are invited by Caribbean Eagles to welcome the visiting bikers at the party and to join Sunday’s ride.
Road users are asked by to look out for the riders and to remember that not all are familiar with the local roads.
Caribbean Eagles have been invited to the Nativos’ Bike Fest. The main ride of that fest covers some 900 kilometres of the Spanish-speaking country.
The Nativos bikers head back home on Monday.
