All recently-appointed ministers have now complied with Article 53 of the National Ordinance on Registration and Finances of Political Parties, which is required within 30 days of their appointment.

By signing the declaration, the ministers have declared that they are cognisant of the provisions laid down in the National Ordinance and that they did not act in contravention of said provisions during the campaign for the February 26 parliamentary election. Due to travel commitments, Prime Minister Leona Romeo-Marlin and Justice Minister Cornelius de Weever signed their declarations on July 13 in the presence of Electoral Council members. The remaining ministers signed their declarations on July 17. The minister plenipotentiary and her deputy signed theirs earlier in the month prior to heading to their posts in the Netherlands.
