Executing the project is Frank Teboul, the developer of Jordan Village, also situated in Cuecopy.
The property is situated in the vicinity of the American University of the Caribbean Medical School and Starz Casino.
Emmanuel called the upcoming construction “historical,” saying it will create 170 employment opportunities and “a new chapter” in construction in the hotel sector.
“Instead of constructing wide, we are constructing higher. It is also the hope that investors become interested in Mullet Bay once again,” Emmanuel said.
