PHILIPSBURG--The fifth edition of Where’s Where – St. Maarten’s Magazine, titled Building News, is now available online for free, featuring 18 interviews with entrepreneurs, developers, builders, architects and other professionals involved in shaping the island’s development.
Published by TelExcel Caribbean B.V. (TEC), the 146-page digital magazine carries the theme “People. Projects. Progress.” and examines topics including smart building, green standards, vertical development, new projects, affordable housing, water infrastructure, construction education, logistics and investment.
The edition includes a feature titled “Meet the Builders Behind the Vision,” highlighting the people behind businesses and projects in the sector.
“This isn’t a business directory. It’s a story,” said Bob Espitia, publisher of Where’s Where and director of TEC.
The magazine is designed to be interactive, displaying as a two-page spread on desktop computers, laptops and tablets and as a single page on mobile devices. Readers can click advertisements and links to connect directly with participating businesses.
TEC said the digital publication is distributed through its TEC Audience Network (TAN), which is growing to include 600 verified business contacts across the island. The network was developed through direct conversations rather than a purchased contact list.
The magazine is also shared through email, WhatsApp, websites and QR codes, allowing it to reach readers beyond the limits of a traditional print run.
TEC thanked the 18 interviewees and the dozens of advertisers whose participation made the edition possible. All advertisements in the magazine are clickable.
The magazine is available free of charge at www.telexcelcaribbean.com.
