Bricks mess left behind

The sidewalks on Front Street and Back Street now have an additional hazard – ripped up bricks.

These were left not by Hurricane Irma, but by repair crew fixing streetlights and/or accessing underground utilities cables. Pedestrians can easily trip over the bricks or fall from unexpectedly stepping into the sand pits left open. Residents and businesses call on the authorities to replace the brick not only for the arrival of cruise passengers on December 4, but for the comfort of residents.
