Aventurin steps down from NIPA board

PHILIPSBURG--Antonio Aventurin has stepped down from the Advanced Vocational Education (AVE) board for the National Institute for Professional Advancement (NIPA). Aventurin had served as Chairman. An AVE representative said the resignation was sent in writing to the Board by Aventurin on Tuesday, August 1, and formalised by the existing members of the board this morning, Wednesday, August 2.   NIPA has been making headlines recently over several issues of late over staff and student related matters.
