Litterbugs are mushrooming all over the country. The latest ones have dumped piles of debris, household items and garbage just outside of Raoul Illidge Sports Complex in plain view of the road and people visiting the complex. What is worse is that complex is the venue for ongoing sports meets with teams from neighbouring islands. This gives visitors the impression that residents not take pride in their surroundings.
