After-school Program

Stichting Expertise Centrum Ervaringsgericht Onderwijs St. Maarten is enrolling children ages 4 to 12 for their After-school program at the Sister Borgia School location in Philipsburg across from the Windward Island Bank. Seniors Yoga

Lions club building is occupied for two weeks, beginning March 9. Senior yoga will be online Facebook Yoga with Lisa SXM during that time. They return to the Lion's club March 28 for free gentle stretch and breathe sessions for seniors at the Lions Club Community Center in Sucker Garden on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00-11:00am. Player Registration

St. Martin Pony League informs parents that COVID restrictions have been lifted and practice sessions and registration of new players from 3 to 23 years is ongoing. They are registering players to form part of the selection team for a tournament in the Dominican Republic in February 2023. Practice sessions take place every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at John Cooper Jose Lake Sr. Ballpark from 3:00 to 6:00pm. Registration can take place at the league office at Cannegieter Street 93 or at the ballpark during practice sessions.

Volunteers Needed

Animal Defenders SXM could use some volunteers to help feed cats and dogs at several different locations (own transportation is important). We are also looking for help with admin work and creative computer skills. Please call or contact ADS for more information at 553-3116.

Prosecutor’s Office is now open in the morning and afternoon Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 12:00pm and 2:00pm to 5:00pm. Duplicate Bridge
