A Retro Night to Remember
The day has finally arrived – Thursday, June 26 – and TONIGHT is the night! Join the Out 'N About and team for Dinner 'N Disco and get ready to boogie the night away. The party kicks off this evening at 7:00 and continues until 10:00 at the one and only Topper’s Restaurant & Bar!
We’ve got everything you need to shake off your work week blues, from groovy disco hits to delicious bites, and some serious dance floor magic. This event is for all ages and all dance levels, this is your chance to bring your moves, dress in retro style, have fun and sparkle on the dance floor.
Get ready to turn heads and strike a pose at the Out 'N About Photo Booth! If you’re feeling extra playful, we’ve got a selection of silly wigs, hats, and glasses for you to throw on for the perfect photo op. Plus, we’ll be awarding Best Dressed/Best Costume prizes, so don’t hold back. Come dressed in your most dazzling disco attire – think sequins, bell-bottoms, platform shoes, and bold colours – and we will snap a picture to remember the night and hopefully publish in the following week’s edition of Out ‘N About in The Daily Herald.
“Tonight we’re dancing like nobody’s watching, so put on your boogie shoes and shake your groove thing!” said DJ Antonio Manicotti, who will be spinning the ultimate disco hits from the '70s and ‘80s. So get ready to bust out your best moves, because the disco dance floor is calling your name!
Dinner will be served, of course, and you’ll also want to save room for Topper’s signature desserts. Topper’s is THE spot for the widest selection of gelato on the island, but the real showstopper is the Rhum Cake which is infused with Topper’s famous Banana Vanilla Cinnamon Rhum. Trust us: It's dessert heaven, and you’re gonna want a slice (or two). From Da Banana (fried bananas paired with velvety vanilla ice cream and a splash of Rhum) to homemade pies like Apple, Pecan, Pumpkin, and Key Lime, there’s no shortage of deliciousness to indulge in tonight!
