The menu at Sublime Resto-Bar boasts a wide array of delectable dishes, perfectly curated for your dining pleasure, but it’s not just a space to eat – there’s also a bar that boats tremendous cocktails and yummy appetisers. Opening hours are Monday to Sunday, 5:00pm to 2:00am.
Tonight, Friday, May 14, come out and experience the Lollipop Party from 8:00pm to 2:00am, and dance to the intoxicating vibes of DJ Jerome Barthelemy, a guest DJ from the island of St. Barth. The dress code is Colourful Candyland, so come out in your brightest colours and show out for the night.
This event is brought to you by the all-star line-up of Island Spirits, Absolut Vodka, Avión Tequila, Perrier Jouet champagne and Martell, so you know the cocktail selection will be top-shelf.
On a regular day, make sure you pop by for Happy Hour from 5:00 to 6:00pm daily. Sublime is in the Maho Village at Rhine Road #3. The staffers are perfectly outfitted with masks; Covid-19 sanitizing protocol is adhered to and social distancing is practiced in the restaurant.
