Christmas Dinner on the Beach @ Mary’s Boon

Christmas Dinner on the Beach @ Mary’s Boon

Christmas is all about spending time with your loved ones and enjoying good food and drink. But what could be better than doing just that with an ocean view and a wave soundtrack? Celebrating Christmas at Mary’s Boon means enjoying a traditional Christmas meal on the beach while listening to the waves crashing on Simpson Bay Beach and signing along with local carollers.

Christmas dinner at Mary’s Boon will take place on Saturday, December 24, with a seating at 6:00pm and a second seating at 8:00pm. Mary’s Boon will be taking reservations until both seatings are full, but walk-ins will be accommodated if space is available. Take-out will be available from 6:00pm onwards. Around 6:30pm, local carollers will bring holiday cheer by singing the night away.

For just $44.95 per person, guests will enjoy a Christmas meal of cream of asparagus soup or baby spinach salad as a starter; a main of traditional turkey and ham served with roasted rosemary potatoes, Caribbean style stuffing, green bean casserole and candied carrots; and apple or cherry pie served with vanilla ice cream for dessert.

Mary’s Boon always tries to accommodate their guests with vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free options – just give them a call sooner rather than later. The vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free option is a wonderful winter vegetable stir fry consisting of bok choi, broccoli, cauliflower, string beans, carrots, bell peppers and cabbage and topped with grilled tofu.

Throughout the days of Christmas, the hotel’s popular snack menu with mozzarella sticks, bitterballen, onion rings, fried and curly/sweet potato fries will also be available to snack on while lounging on the beautiful beach or while you watch the sunset from the bar. Of course, the regular lunch menu will be available during the day for those who want to celebrate Christmas on the beach.

Mary’s Boon is located on 117 Simpson Bay Road and is open daily from 7:30am until 10pm. For reservations and more information, contact +1 (721) 545-7000 or This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
