ST. EUSTATIUS --Two Statia riders and their team travelled to Guadeloupe to take part in a motocross competition.
Motocross racers Denicio and Carl Spanner left the island along with their team to represent Statia. The group left the island on board SXM Airways and travelled to Guadeloupe via St. Maarten to take part in a motocross race which is set to take place on Sunday, August 19.
The racers are scheduled to take part in the 400-metre champion race. Many friends and relatives were on hand at the airport to wish the riders good luck.
