Basketball new comers, Rangers, in black, tipped off against Island Hoop Ballers in the juniors division of Soualiga Youth Basketball Association’s annual competition at L.B. Scott Sports Auditorium Monday. Hoop Ballers won 90 to 47. In the Cadet division Z-Ballers faced Chargers. Chargers won 55-52. Play resumes this afternoon.
