St. Maarten Pool and Billiard Players Federation has a new president. Rudolph Hyman (right) was elected at a general meeting of the Federation on August 10, at the Bute Hotel. Also elected were Secretary Michael Paris and Treasurer Delicia Fleming.
The new board consists of Franklin David, Toney Watkins, Patrick Austrie and immediate past president Selfried Macaay. Already the Federation is planning an Open to All Double Elimination 10-Ball Tournament. Cost will be US $20 to register. Date and venue to be announced.
