MARIGOT--Bodybuilding and Fitness Association of St. Martin’s (BFASM) local bikini bodybuilding champion Josephine Elvina Matthew ( right) recorded another successful career appearance with a third-place finish at the just concluded first Arendzs Giovanni Elite Pro Qualifier Championship held in Aruba.

Matthew once again proudly represented St. Martin, fighting her way into the final top six. She was competing against athletes from Russia, Antigua, Barbados, Trinidad and Tobago, Dominican Republic and the Bahamas.
“Our athletes have been constantly improving and maintaining themselves at a top level,” said BFASM President and Coach, François Carty. “I’m very proud of our accomplishment. Hard work and dedication are reflected in our performance. St. Martin is well recognised at this level of competing,” he added.
BFASM expressed sincere appreciation to the Collectivité of St. Martin, First Vice-President Valérie Damaseau and all sponsors and supporters for permitting BFASM to represent St. Martin abroad. “At BFASM, we don’t stop moving.”
