Grenada secured a comeback and first win in Group C

Bonaire vs Grenada

MIAMI – League B Group Stage action of the 2026/2027 Concacaf Nations League continued on Friday with crucial wins from Saint Lucia, Grenada and Barbados, while St. Kitts and Nevis and Cuba share points.

Saint Lucia 3, Guadeloupe 0

Saint Lucia secured a second win in Group B with a 3-nil score against Guadeloupe at BFA Technical Centre in Bridgetown, Barbados.

Caniggia Elva opened the goal count for Saint Lucia in the 18’ from the penalty spot. Arkell Jude Boyd doubled their lead in the 35’ with a right foot shot in the box.

With a header in the area, Donavan Phillip netted the third and final goal from Saint Lucia in the 57’.

St. Kitts and Nevis 3, Cuba 3

Group C saw a hard fought 3-3 draw between St. Kitts and Nevis and Cuba at Hasely Crawford Stadium in Port of Spain, Trinidad & Tobago.

A right foot long shot from the edge of the area by Kyle Kelly started the goal count of the match, giving St. Kitts and Nevis the lead in the 26’.

Cuba didn’t take long to equalize the game, with Yunior Pérez sending the ball to the back of the net in the 29’. Diego Catasús kept Cuba’s tally going, scoring their second goal of the match in the 38’.

Perez secured a brace, and the third one for Cuba, in the 51’ with a right foot shot from outside the area.

Tyreece Simpson put St. Kitts and Nevis back in the game in the 83’ after scoring a header for their second goal of the match. Tiquanny Williams became the key player in the last minutes of the match, getting the ball past the Cuban defense to equalize the game in the 88’.

Bonaire 2, Grenada 3

Grenada turned it around against Bonaire to get a 2-3 win at Hasely Crawford Stadium in Port of Spain, Trinidad & Tobago.

Ayrton Cicilia gave Bonaire the lead early on in the game, sending a header past the Grenada goalkeeper in the 7’. Myron Bostdorp was ready in the box to double Bonaire’s lead in the 33’.

Grenada turned things around in the second half, pulling one back in the 50’ from the penalty spot, Myles Hippolyte sending the ball to the left bottom corner.

Benjamin Ettienne was ready in the box to capitalize a corner kick into a header that would mean the second goal for Grenada in the 55’. With a right foot shot from the center of the box, Caleb Redhead completed the comeback for Grenada in the 69’.

Barbados 4, Bermuda 1

Barbados closed the League B Group Stage day with a 4-1 win against Bermuda at BFA Technical Centre in Bridgetown, Barbados.

Djair Parfitt scored the first goal of the night to give Bermuda the lead in the 8’.

Thierry Gale managed to send a right foot shot to the back of the net in the 27’ to equalize the game for Barbados. Andre Applewhaite started the comeback in the 27’, scoring the second goal for Barbados.

Applewhaite sealed a brace and the third one for his team with a right foot banger from the edge of the box.

Niall Reid-Stephen completed Barbados’ comeback in the last minutes of the match, scoring their fourth and final goal in the 86th.
