Central Subtropical Atlantic (AL98):
A small area of low pressure located several hundred miles east of Bermuda has become better defined over the last 24 hours. Environmental conditions could become a little more conducive for further development in the next few days while the system moves slowly westward to southward over the subtropical Atlantic.
