Dear Editor,
Already people are calling me and asking me if I think the paper is right to put that picture of Theo on the front page of the paper of the 19th. Their question in general was what message is the paper sending?
My response to such questions is as usual." Contact the Editor of the newspaper." My question, however, is about the article on page 7. KPSM senior officers recently completed leadership training. Besides leadership training, I did not get any more information out of that article.
I do not know whether it pertains to how to lead or how to be a leader. I could not gather if the trainer has spent some time here to get the feeling of St. Maarten.
But the way things are, it is always good to be able to give instructions which coincide with the local environment, the bulk of police work is around the whole country.
