Greetings to everyone living here in St. Maarten. Parliamentarians and ministers want the entire population to give full respect to all community council members in every district and community police officers on the island.
For instance, if a community council member, community police or police officers tell any dog owner to tie his or her dogs or fence your yard, your dogs keep attacking people on the road, and if the dogs’ owners are not cooperating with community council members, community police or police officers, the police have the full right to kill the dogs or take the dog or dogs from the owners with a fine.
