Residents of Beacon Hill are still suffering from constant flooding. Water flows into homes and covers streets each time there is a downpour.
The constant flooding is blamed on the pile-up of beach sand clogging runoff areas and the heaps of sand still on Beacon Hill Road. Residents have lodged several complaints with the Public Works Department, but these have been met with inaction, much to their frustration.
