SIMPSON BAY--Many attendees parked their vehicles where they could along Welfare Road during the Presidente beach party at Kim Sha Beach on Sunday. While backing out onto the street, a car collided with an oncoming motor-scooter in the vicinity of Market Garden early Monday.

According to police, the motor-scooter had no licence plate and the rider suffered a wound to his head. He was treated on the scene by paramedics and taken by ambulance to the Emergency Room for further treatment.
