Concerned residents are calling on business owners along Walter Nisbeth Road (Pondfill) and nearby areas who empty their containers of goods on the ring road and leave pallets and garbage behind to desist from doing so, as this contributes to making the area an eyesore. This pile of pallets and plastic wraps photographed on the ring road on Sunday was said to have been left behind after a container was offloaded on the ring road. Residents say business owners should exercise more responsibility, be sure to clean up after themselves and not leave their trash behind.
