PHILIPSBURG, Sint Maarten - The Boards of the United People's Party (UP) and Democratic Party (DP) together with the Board of the United Democrats (UD) extend their deepest condolences to the family and friends of Joe "Joe 4 So" Richardson with respect to his passing.
"Mr. Richardson was a dynamic hardworking and committed man towards his country. His years of Government experience, service and mentorship to many individuals will never be forgotten," said UD President Stuart Johnson.
“We now in deep mourning, and join with the entire Sint Maarten community for strength during this time of bereavement.”
