PHILIPSBURG--Detectives are presently investigating a case involving R.N.R. (29) and J.A.A. (24) who were involved in a fist fight on N. Debrot Street in front of Quiznos restaurant at 12:30pm Thursday.
On their arrival, police patrols met both men who were bleeding from wounds they had received during this fight. The investigating officers took control of the situation and separated the two men.
Police reported on Thursday that the reason for the fight could not be established at the moment, but both men were arrested, taken to the police station in Philipsburg and turned over to the Detective Department for further investigation.
Both men were treated by paramedics at the Philipsburg police station.
