CAY HILL--Two elated mothers gave birth to boys at St. Maarten Medical Centre (SMMC) on December 25, Christmas Day.
Nicole Thomas gave birth to 2,944-gram baby boy Isayah at 6:25am. Holding her son, the mom told The Daily Herald the name had been chosen before the child’s birth. Dr. Lam delivered the healthy baby in the early hours on Tuesday.
Nurses assisted Dr. Friday with the birth of Angelo Martinez at 7:56pm. Mother Yennifer Martinez Solis was happy with Angelo’s birth. Family members surrounded her to get a first glimpse of the eight-pound baby.
The mothers look forward to going home with their infants. SMMC nurses congratulated the families on their new additions and wish them all the best.
