800 AM EDT FRI OCT 21 2016For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:1. An area of low pressure centered about 450 miles south-southeast of
Cape Hatteras, North Carolina, is moving northward. The thunderstorm
activity is very limited and the chances for this system to become a
subtropical or tropical cyclone are diminishing. This low is
expected to merge with a large frontal system tonight or early
Saturday.
