TelEm holds open house at Simpson Bay branch today

TelEm Group’s Simpson Bay branch.

SIMPSON BAY--TelEm Group will hold an open house at its new branch location in Simpson Bay today Friday, June 8. During the open house, the branch will be focusing on its TelTV customers and members of the public interested in subscribing to the company’s new Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) service.

The company is hoping to attract persons from Simpson Bay, Cole Bay and Cupecoy to the open house.

“We are keen to promote our Triple Play package of voice, Internet and TV, as well as speak with Cable TV customers still without service after Hurricane Irma,” Marketing and Sales Manager Grisha Heyliger-Marten said. She said customers in the Cupecoy and Beacon Hill areas interested in fibre optic connections can also visit during the open house to see what is available for them too.

The company said customers are warming to the new branch location on Airport Boulevard in Simpson Bay with news that the branch is now handling not only questions of mobile and Internet products and services, but also about their Cable TV and fibre optic connections.

TelEm staffers moved to the new location in the Sky Port Building a week ago and since then have seen an “unusually large” number of customers coming in pay bills and conduct business, the company said in a press release on Thursday evening.
