PHILIPSBURG--TelEm Group technicians will be carrying out cable repair work in the Welfare Road, Cole Bay, area today, Monday, and Tuesday, with interruptions in service expected.
The works will involve replacement of damaged telecommunication cables and TelEm Group said business and residential customers on Welfare Road, Billy Folly Road, Zircon Road, Topaz Road, Ruby Drive, Opal Road, Pearl Road and the Pelican Key and Simpson Bay Yacht Club areas up to the Simpson Bay bridge can expect interruptions in landline and Internet service as a result.
TelEm Group apologizes for any telecommunications inconvenience caused during the scheduled two-day maintenance work and for any disruption in vehicle traffic in the Welfare Road area.
