Thursday morning through Thursday midday: Partly cloudy and breezy, with isolated showers.

SURFACE WINDS:

Today: North to Northeast with a light to moderate breeze of 04 to 13 mph.

SYNOPSIS:
Moisture and instability associated with a frontal boundary will cause cloudiness and scattered showers across the local region today through tonight; some of these showers could be heavy. Deteriorating seas due to northerly swells are expected during this forecast period. Therefore, a small craft and high surf advisory is now in effect through the next few days. Sea conditions are forecast to improve by early next week. Small craft operators and sea-bathers should be vigilant and exercise caution.
