This afternoon through Tuesday midday: Variably cloudy, and breezy with isolated showers, some of which may be heavy at times.

SURFACE WINDS: 
This afternoon through Tuesday midday: Northeast to east with a moderate to                        fresh of 15 to 24 mph, and gusts of near gale.

SYNOPSIS: 

Breezy conditions will persist as the strong Atlantic high pressure system remains the dominant weather feature across the region. Moisture and low-level cloud patches moving with the brisk wind flow will continue to generate cloudiness with isolated showers, some of which are expected to be moderate to heavy across the local area.
Seas will remain rough due to the high wind speeds. As a result, small craft operators and sea bathers are advised to be vigilant especially in the northern and eastern waters.  

STATE OF THE SEA: Moderate to Rough             WAVES/SWELLS: 7 to 10 feet

SPECIAL FEATURE: None.

OUTLOOK through Wednesday midday: Partly cloudy to cloudy and breezy, with isolated showers.
