SYNOPSIS:  

A relatively stable and dry air mass has settled across the region lowering the chances of precipitation. Meanwhile, Saharan Dust within the aforementioned air mass will also restrict visibility and cloud development.

High Surf Warning is no longer in effect for St. Maarten. However, long period swells continue to affect local waters and with seas peaking near 8 feet in some areas. Small craft operators and sea bathers should continue to exercise caution.

STATE OF THE SEA: Moderate to Rough          WAVES/SWELLS: 5 to 8 feet
