A few small supermarkets in the various districts have been opening their doors for short periods to enable residents to purchase much needed food items. Most of the supermarkets that do open are faced with crowds of persons, who flock the entrance for a chance to get inside to shop.
This group of persons was seen queuing up outside People’s Supermarket on Welgelegen Road on Tuesday, September 12, waiting for a chance to do some shopping.
