The ARC Agency hosts the opening of the slot machine business on Thursday; this is a first for St. Eustatius. The opening ceremony will be held in the ARC Complex (across from the airport) starting at 4:00pm. The slot machine operation is named in honour of Raymond S. Cuvalay, who died last year, said his widow Agency Managing Director Arlene Cuvalay.
