Kwame Rivers was elected winner of the Cutest Baby Contest during Operation Santa Claus 2018 in St. Eustatius. The winner was announced Wednesday at Mike E. Van Putten Youth Centre/Lion’s Den. Rivers was brought to the stage by his guardian, where he was presented with his prizes and posed for photos with Santa. Parents and guardians of children up to three years old could submit their children’s photos. Persons were able to vote on the Operation Santa Claus Facebook page.
