PHILIPSBURG--The police announced on Tuesday that in connection with the Closing Jump-Up today, Wednesday, starting on Welgelegen Road in Cay Hill at 8:00pm, officers will be closing several roads in the vicinity for a smooth traffic flow.
At 7:00pm, Welgelegen Road will be closed at Tiger Road. No traffic will be allowed in the direction of A.J.C. Brouwer Road.
At 7:50pm, A.J.C. Brouwer Road will be closed from the Church Hill roundabout. No traffic will be allowed in the direction of A.J.C. Brouwers Road.
At 8:00pm, the section of Bush Road from Prins Bernhard Bridge and Long Wall Road to A.Th. Illidge Road will be closed. No traffic will be allowed in the direction of Bush Road.
At 8:20 pm, Zagersgut Road will be closed. No traffic will be allowed in the direction of Bush Road.
At 10:40pm, C.W. Vlaun Street will be closed. No traffic will be allowed in the direction of Walter Nisbet Road. Traffic from the Salt Pickers Roundabout will also not be allowed.
At 11:10pm, D. Peterson Street and Walter Nisbet Road will be closed at the Salt Pickers Roundabout. Soualiga Boulevard will also be closed near Rock Salt Drive. No traffic will be allowed in the direction of Salt Pickers Roundabout.
