SYNOPSIS: 

The Atlantic high pressure system will generate mainly moderate, easterly winds during this forecast period. Otherwise, trailing moisture in the wake of a tropical wave could cause some isolated showers over the local region.

Seas are peaking near 5 feet and expected to remain that way for the next several days. Small craft operators and beach goers are advised to maintain caution.

STATE OF THE SEA: Moderate       WAVES/SWELLS: 4 to 5 feet

SPECIAL FEATURE:  A tropical wave located west of the Lesser Antilles, still has a low chance of formation within the next 2 to 5 days. Regardless of development, this system will continue to cause showers and possible thunderstorms. This system does not pose a threat to St. Maarten.

OUTLOOK through Thursday midday: Partly cloudy, hazy and breezy with isolated showers possible.
