SYNOPSIS:   A tropical wave located near the Lesser Antilles will cause cloudiness, showers and thunderstorms across the region. Some showers may be heavy, therefore residents and users of areas prone to flooding should be vigilant.

 Seas are expected to peak near 7 feet. Small craft operators and sea bathers should exercise caution.
