SYNOPSIS:     

Unstable conditions and lingering moisture in the atmosphere will cause isolated showers and a chance of isolated thunderstorms across the region. A loose surface pressure gradient will maintain mostly light winds.     

Seas will peak at 8 feet due to long period northerly swells. Small craft operators and sea bathers should exercise caution.  

   

STATE OF THE SEA:  Moderate to rough      WAVES/SWELLS: 5 to 8 feet
