SPECIAL FEATURES: 1. At 11:00 am, the center of Tropical Depression Fifteen was located near latitude 15.6 North, longitude 21.6 West, or about 2745 miles east of St. Maarten. The system is moving toward the northwest near 09 mph with maximum sustained winds near 35 mph and higher gusts. Tropical Depression Fifteen does not pose a threat to St. Maarten.
- A tropical wave located more than 500 miles east of the southern Windward Islands continues to produce disorganized showers and thunderstorms.
