SYNOPSIS:
The Atlantic high-pressure ridge system is maintaining a dry and stable atmosphere across the northeastern Caribbean. This combined with Saharan dust will further restrict precipitation across the local area. Meanwhile, a tropical wave is affecting the Southern Caribbean.
Seas will remain slight to moderate during the next few days. Small craft operators and sea bathers should exercise caution.
