SYNOPSIS:  

A weak low-level trough will increase the probability of showers across the region during this forecast period. Additionally, the weak Atlantic high-pressure system will continue to produce light winds.  

Slight to moderate seas can be expected today. Thereafter, long period northerly swells will invade regional waters and cause a deterioration. As a result, sea conditions will become rough. Small craft operators and sea bathers should exercise caution.

 

STATE OF THE SEA: Slight to rough        WAVES/SWELLS: 4 to 8 feet
