SYNOPSIS:

The dominant Atlantic high pressure system continues to generate brisk winds, which is pushing Saharan dust filled air across the region, this in turn is supporting a relatively dry and stable atmosphere. However, shallow patches of moisture transported by these winds may still trigger a few passing showers. Otherwise, generally fair to partly cloudy, hazy and breezy conditions can be expected across the local area.
Moderate marine conditions can be expected for the next few days, with waves peaking near 6 feet. Small craft operators and sea bathers should continue exercising caution.
