SYNOPSIS:  
A moist southeasterly wind flow coupled with instability associated with a frontal system to the west of the local region will cause cloudy periods and isolated showers. Meanwhile, the Atlantic high pressure system will maintain brisk winds.

Seas are expected to peak up to 9 feet throughout the weekend. Small craft operators and sea bathers should exercise caution.
