SYNOPSIS:  
A relatively dry and stable atmosphere will continue to restrict precipitation during this forecast period. Meanwhile, a strong Atlantic high pressure ridge will maintain brisk east northeasterly winds across the region.
Seas are expected to peak near 8 feet before slowly subsiding from Tonight. Small craft operators and sea bathers should exercise caution.
