SYNOPSIS:
lingering moisture associated with a recent tropical wave may cause cloudy periods and isolated showers during the early part of this forecast period. Furthermore, breezy conditions are expected due to the strong Atlantic high pressure system to the north and Tropical Storm Don, which is forecast to pass well south of the island. The resultant pressure gradient will generate moderate to fresh winds across the region with some higher gusts.
Sea conditions are expected to remain moderate to rough through the next couple of days, peaking near 8 feet. Small craft operators and sea bathers should exercise caution.
STATE OF THE SEA: Moderate to rough WAVES/SWELLS: 5 to 8 feet
