Moisture and instability associated with a tropical wave passing south of the region is accounting for cloudy skies and passing showers across the local area. A gradual improvement is expected on Monday. Thereafter, another tropical wave is expected to pass through the region on Tuesday. As a result, additional moisture and instability will cause unsettled weather.
Slight to moderate seas are expected for the next several days with waves peaking near 7 feet today. Small craft operators and sea bathers should exercise caution.
