SYNOPSIS: 
Decreasing moisture and instability due to the tropical wave moving out of the local area will cause scattered showers and possible thunder, particularly during the early half of the forecast period. A gradual improvement of weather conditions is expected thereafter. However, residents and users of areas prone to flooding should remain vigilant as street-flooding may continue.

Slight to moderate seas will prevail through the next few days with waves peaking near 6 feet. Small craft operators and sea bathers should exercise caution.
