Prins Bernhard Bridge closed Sunday morning

PHILIPSBURG--Ministry of Public Housing, Environment, Spatial Development and Infrastructure VROMI has announced an interruption to the traffic flow on the right side of the Prins Bernhard Bridge in the direction of Bush Road on Sunday, September 14, from 6:00am to 8:00am.

Traffic coming from Bush Road can proceed as per usual over the bridge, while traffic coming from the opposite direction, through Walter Nisbeth Road and Long Wall Road, will not be able to use the bridge.

Motorists must use A.Th. Illidge Road to reach Bush Road. A special arrangement will be made for emergency vehicles during the two-hour closure.

The civil works are in connection with an ongoing GEBE NV project to replace and repair street lights.

Motorists are requested to be observant of any traffic directional signs. VROMI apologises for any inconvenience caused.
