Progressive Labour Party (PLP) held a Family Fun Day on Sunday afternoon at the GTI Statia playground to thank party members and their supporters for their support in October’s Island Council election.

It was estimated that some 500 persons stopped by throughout the day. The Turbulanzz band entertained and there were games for young and old. PLP leader Island Council member Rechelline Leerdam and others delivered food to homes of shut-ins and to those who were unable to attend the Family Fun Day.
